The psychological measures, directed towards improving the psychic health of the firm (organization) include investigation of the working environment and those of its aspects that worry the employer, as well as consultation and training. As a whole these are activities for work with the human factor – the personnel/staff of the given company aimed at optimizing the work interrelations and increasing the staff’s motivation for achieving the company goals.

Motivation training
Directed towards identifying the company’s goals and connecting them with the personal interests and motives of its employees. His aims are to engage the company personnel on a deeper level by the activity they perform and as a result to activate their creativity, loyalty, teamwork and unification around the common goal.

It has mainly educational purposes, embracing the whole range of human communication: rules for effective communication and feedback, management of conflict situations, formation of assertive skills (self-assertive conduct), building leadership skills.
Consultation
In case a given problem already exists in the human resources management, the manager can request an expert opinion on the reasons that have caused the specific situation and methods for its remediation.
In reality these different methods of psychological work within the organization are interrelated and entangled. Practically the best way to improve the company’s psychic well being involves a combination of these three elements.
